Reset your relationship with receiving.
The Abundance Journal
Six Foundations + A 33-Day Practice
I grew up being told I could be anything.
But I didn’t grow up with models of people who were wealthy in a way that felt aligned with my values. Somewhere along the way, I absorbed the idea that wealth was for other people. That I could do meaningful work. Live a good life. But that being truly abundant wasn’t something I was supposed to aspire to.
Doing abundance work changed that.
It helped me see the invisible beliefs I had been living inside of. The limits I had placed on what was possible for me.
As I began to shift those patterns, my life expanded in ways I never could have imagined.
Today I live a life that younger me didn’t even know how to dream about.
✦ Pottery dishes on the table.
✦ Land to tend to.
✦ Vacations with my family that I cherish.
To support people and organizations I care about. To move resources into places that matter.
I love being a conduit for money. This journal is how I began.
And it’s what I want to put in your hands.
– Briana Borten
None of this is a prerequisite.
You don’t need to have done mindset work before. You don’t need a meditation practice, a morning ritual, or a positive relationship with money already. You don’t need to be in a good place financially. You just need to be willing to look.
✖ Years of therapy or inner work
✖ A current abundance mindset
✖ Extra hours in your day
✖ To be free of doubt or resistance
✖ To believe it will work before you begin
After the initial foundations, you just answer a few questions each evening. That’s the whole practice. Simple enough to actually do. Specific enough to actually shift things.
What Shifts
Real results from real practice.
People who complete the Foundations and stay with the 33-day practice report feeling steadier around money, clearer about what they want, and genuinely more available for the support that…
“I’ve done a lot of mindset work over the years, but the Abundance Journal helped me see the patterns I was still living inside of. The prompts were clear, direct, and surprisingly powerful. Within a few weeks I noticed I was making decisions differently around money, work, and what I actually allowed myself to want.”
– Heather S.
“This journal didn’t feel fluffy or abstract. It helped me identify the beliefs I had inherited about money and worth, and actually shift them. I started noticing opportunities I would have dismissed before, and my relationship with receiving has softened in a way I didn’t expect.”
– Josephine E.
“What I loved most is how practical it is. Instead of just thinking about abundance, I was interacting with it every day. The structure helped me move from vague hopes into clear desires and actions.”
– Claire B.
Six Foundations.
Then 33 nights.
Before the daily practice begins, you move through six Foundations. Each one builds the ground you’ll need to actually receive what comes next.
01 – The Clearing
You identify and release the inherited stories about money, worth, and safety – the ones you absorbed, not chose.
02 – Your Worth
You reconnect to inherent worth – not worth you earn, prove, or perform. The steadier ground that was always underneath.
03 – Your Desire
You give desire its full voice. Not the edited version. What you actually want, clearly and without justification.
04 – Why It Matters
You root your desires in meaning – understanding what they’re in service of, so they become something you can truly stand behind.
05 – Belief
You meet disbelief without trying to push past it. Belief grows through contact, evidence, and choosing what you’re loyal to.
06 – Feeling Abundant
You anchor abundance as a lived state – not a future outcome. Something your body knows, not just your mind.
Reviews
If you’ve been doing the work but not seeing change, this is the missing piece.
The people who commit to the Foundations and stay with the 33-day practice are the ones who finally break the pattern. They feel steadier with money, clearer in what they want, and more capable of receiving what they’ve been asking for—because they’ve actually built the capacity to hold it.
“I didn’t realize how much I was limiting what I thought was possible for my life. The Abundance Journal helped me get honest about that. It’s now part of my morning ritual, and it keeps bringing me back to the life I’m actually here to create.”
– Alex S.
“I’ve used a lot of journals, but this one feels different. It’s focused and intentional. It helped me see where my energy and attention were going, and where they weren’t. That awareness alone shifted how I approach money, work, and what I allow myself to receive.”
– Erica T.
“What I loved most is how practical it is. Instead of just thinking about abundance, I was interacting with it every day. The structure helped me move from vague hopes into clear desires and actions.”
– Claire B.

Will this work for me if I've tried abundance work before?
Yes. Many people who come to this journal have done a lot of inner work – and find that these prompts help them see the patterns they were still living inside of, even after years of mindset work. The structure is specific enough to move things that vaguer practices often miss.
I'm skeptical. I've journaled before and not seen results.
Skepticism is welcome here. The difference is structure and progression. This isn’t a blank journal with a beautiful cover – it’s a sequence designed to move you through distinct phases. Each prompt builds on the one before it. You’re not just writing; you’re practicing a new way of relating to what’s possible for you.
How much time does it actually take?
One page spread each evening. Most people spend 10 – 20 minutes. The practice is easy enough to protect and consistent enough to compound. Thirty-three days of that adds up to something powerful.
What if my relationship with money feels really stuck?
That’s exactly who this is for. The journal begins by helping you see the beliefs you inherited – the ones that became invisible because you’ve lived inside them so long. You can’t shift what you can’t see. This is where you start to see.
Is this only about money?
No. Receiving is a capacity – and it touches everything. Money, support, rest, love, opportunity. The work you do here tends to ripple into every area of life where you’ve been bracing against what wants to meet you.
