Based on your responses, you would benefit most from cultivating understanding of you guides and deepening your spiritual connection. By guides I mean being in active relationship with your spirit guides. You’ll feel like you always have support and direction, and that you’re never really alone.

By connected, I mean that you will make the spiritual dimension more vivid and accessible; you’ll have an experience of being in relationship with the Divine and you’ll more readily perceive your connection with all the other inhabitants of the earth.

Welcome to your sacred daily practice.

Your daily practice accomplishes several things. It aligns and prepares you to show up as your best self for the day. It establishes an intention that you are consciously engaging your power, choosing what kind of person to be, and shaping your world with loving vision. And over time, your daily practice will improve you, reconfiguring you in the particular ways that your soul wishes for you to evolve. While the practices that follow are meant to support you in all these ways, their special focus is to help you in the two key areas described above.

If you commit to doing this practice every day for three months, you will grow and evolve and your life will be a clear expression of your soul’s desire.

So commit! 

Your new routine is described below. Soon you’ll know it well. Please always do it in the order that I’ve prescribed. Some parts may be difficult and others easy – and they may alternate over time. Likewise, some parts may feel productive and others boring or useless. Try to trust the process and remember you get out of it what you put into it.

Each practice is assigned a certain number of minutes. This is the minimum recommended time to spend on each aspect. Feel free to extend any practice for longer if it feels good.
