When SMA first opened for enrollment I felt this full-body ‘Yes! This!’ So before my mind could get in the way, I applied and was equal parts terrified and delighted to get started.
This work has been pure magic for me. The world has just opened up and life feels more beautiful, magical, and spacious. I am finding a deep well of connection and love within myself that is soul nourishing in a way I cannot even explain. AND I feel like I am stepping into alignment with my soul’s purpose. I am seeing now that I can be of service in this world in a way that will have a lasting positive impact; both on individuals and the collective. So many of my own long-standing blocks and fears have fallen away and I feel more like my true self then I ever have before.
Briana is an incredibly talented and wildly powerful human and as a teacher she is empowering, compassionate and completely non-judgmental. She explains the how and the why and approaches all of it with a sense of joy and playfulness. I feel like I am being encouraged to take responsibility for myself and my work in a much more aligned way, all the while being held with loving compassion in this safe space. It is a really beautiful space for exploration and growth.

Sacred Resonance Activation is a 6-month one-on-one journey for those ready to experience deep energetic alignment and meaningful transformation. Together, we’ll clear stagnant energy, refine your alignment, and create space for you to fully step into your potential.
This work is rooted in care, precision, and a deep understanding of your unique energetic landscape. Through tailored sessions, you’ll experience powerful shifts that bring clarity, ease, and momentum to your life.
Each month includes:
- Two 15-minute Energy Attunements: Targeted sessions to clear static in your system and help you feel lighter, more centered, and aligned.
- One 30-minute Guided Session: A deeper exploration of your energy and intentions, offering clarity, actionable steps, and personalized support.

The work I’ve done with Briana was the beginning of energy work for me, I didn’t even know the term, I didn’t know what it was. And when we started doing it, it was so beautiful.
