Alyssa Glaser is a compassionate Life & Health Coach, with over seven years of experience as a Reiki Master and a practitioner-in-training for Entheos Energy Medicine through the Spirit Medicine Academy. Her work is deeply rooted in a calling to guide others on their healing journeys—gently helping them release patterns that no longer serve their highest good, step fully into their power, and live in harmony with their truest selves.
Whether leading meditative practices or crafting wellness retreats, her work weaves together learning, relaxation, and transformation—creating spaces where individuals can safely unfold into their own healing process. Alyssa is gifted in truly seeing people, meeting them exactly where they are, and holding a space where they feel safe, heard, and deeply supported. Her heart-centered approach brings lasting and meaningful transformation to those she serves.

I’m going to tell you about my sessions with coach Alyssa. Right off the bat, you can tell that she is sincere, she’s honest, and she’s real.

If you really want to improve your life and work through your issues, get really deep, this is your girl. Alyssa is honest, she is sensitive to any issues that you have, and she is trustworthy. And that’s all you can ask for in a coach, and not to mention motivating as well.

She is a big motivator, and at the same time makes sure that you’re comfortable in your own process. She knows that not everything is going to be perfect and that’s one of the best things about her is that she’s with you regardless of if you’re doing well or not.
