I get it. I’ve been where you are, and I did lots of things to improve myself, found many ways to grow my wealth, built supportive communities, and surrounded myself with beauty. But, like you, I kept coming back to the realization that my achievements could only fulfill me to a certain extent.
The spiritual “backbone” was missing. My life was like a rocket propelled by my own pedaling. It took a LOT of pedaling to get where I was and I had the feeling that in order to sustain it, I could never stop.
After more than a decade of the “I got it!” . . . “I lost it!” cycle, I finally discovered the practices that made spiritual connection a constant part of my everyday life and the energetic healing work that cleared the way. It was like connecting my rocket to a new power source.
I finally uncovered how to consistently tap into the guidance and vision that make me feel and know that I’m never alone. And that I always have a source of answers and inspiration. And that there’s a fountain of energy within me – wanting nothing more than for me to experience and be love, and to bring my gifts and potential into the world.
It’s my mission to share what I’ve discovered with others.

These weekly gatherings are designed to help reconfigure you, to support the release of negative programming and to open you to your Truth.
We’ll meet live (recordings will be available if you can’t make it) and dive deep into what is emergently needed and available for our evolution, our expansion, and our ever-loving-freedom.

WEEKLY
Embodied Movement Practices
Through Divine exploration of your body you’ll discover and clear the trapped patterns that are hindering you, and help you cellularly code the wisdom and freedom that is arising.
This is an essential part of the work in Open, our bodies are wise and beautiful channels for our potential and for love, but we have to unravel them and free them of the constraints they’ve accumulated in order to fully function in this way.
These sessions will be recorded weekly, available so you can practice the embodiment of your experience throughout the week.
Immersion in aField of Healing and Love
This container for transformation is ready for you. It’s protected, strong, and vibrating with freedom, peace, and love. Entering into it is immersion therapy, where the water you’ll be swimming in IS the healing.
It’s not just happening when you’re in session, it’s happening as soon as you say YES to joining.
It starts redesigning you toward your highest unfolding immediately, and moves deeper and deeper as we progress through the experience together. That means that you have to be onboard for real transformation, because your life will change.

We’ll start to create a good structure for your support, grounding and trust with three things: body, community, and inner child.

Welcome Empty
Sacrificing what is in order to make room for what will be.
Week 4
Divine Alignment
We’ll live in the emptiness and create space to make sure we have clear access through open truth to create from.
Week 5
Desire
Redefining your relationship to desire. We’ll dive into Fear Based Desire vs. Love Based Desire and experience it from a new place of truth.
Week 6
Radical Receiving
Discover how presence is directly connected to Creation and Receptivity.
Week 7
Mystic Love
Expanding your awareness of the truth, of love. Attune to the frequency of what is already available.
Week 8
Anchor & Nourish
Begin to allow your new ways of being to fully arrive and solidify it in your life.
Week 9
Exponential Expansion
We’ll practice creating even more space, stretching our edges., and open to the experience of unity, both internally and externally with the Universe.
When I started OPEN, I was feeling profoundly dissatisfied with my job and not very happy about myself and where I was at in life. I had visions of what I really wanted to do, but they never seemed to get off the ground. The exercises, energy attunements, and other components of the course, brought awareness and release of some of my blocks and I have expanded into a space of greater love, both for myself and others. I now have moments where I feel completely connected to Divine Love and, when this happens, I have such a profound feeling of peace and possibility.
