Free audio transmissions delivered to your pocket, so you can remember your power, your potential, and your deep connection to the Divine, between the meetings, the kids, the calls, the calling, without having to schedule it, prep for it, or find your way back alone.
The one you tuck into your bra when you need to feel held, before the important meeting, before the hard conversation, before walking back into your own house on a day that’s already too much?
Tapped In is that. Magic in your pocket, pulled up the second you need it.

Life is loud af.
I run multiple businesses, have two kids, lead a community, teach, write, am a wife, and am a friend who goes deep and leans all the way in, and that’s before the world gets a vote. I do the most, by choice and by design, in a body and a moment in history that’s asking a lot of all of us.
Which is exactly why I need moments to reconnect. Not the weekend retreats I have to clear my calendar for, not the 6-figure programs I have to drive to, but moments that fit between things, the kind I can take in the car, in the bathroom, on a walk between meetings, the kind that put me back in my body and my own knowing fast enough that I can carry it into the next thing.
I made Tapped In for that. For me first, and then I started sharing it, because I figured if I needed it, the humans in my world probably did too.
What it actually is.
A free, ever-growing library of short audio transmissions from me, 5 to 10 minutes each, with new ones delivered to you every week.
The library is extensive, so when you need the one about feeling flooded by hard news, or money guilt, or the people-pleasing reflex at 9pm on a Tuesday, you can find it. You can listen in Hello Audio or Spotify, wherever’s easiest for you. Easy easy.
They’re not lectures. They’re me in your ear, the way I’d talk to you if we were on a walk together, sometimes telling you a story from my own life, sometimes turning a corner you didn’t see coming, sometimes teaching the thing I’ve been holding for 20 years from inside this work.
Recent transmissions have covered:
✅ alchemizing two opposites you thought you had to choose between
✅ what to do when you get blindsided by bad news and still have to make a decision
✅ jumping timelines when you can feel you got onto the wrong one
✅ the practice of not stealing your kid’s (or your client’s) friction
✅ why the mundane is the sacred
✅ falling in love with your own creations
✅ sending love to the people who think you’re a weirdo
✅ being used by the universe in the good way
✅ and the 100% of you that’s already enough.
The throughline is always the same: a rhythm of remembering your power, your potential, and your deep connection to the Divine.
A weekend workshop can do a lot, and so can a retreat, a ceremony, a great book, and I love those things. I’ve built my career partly on them.
And, most of what runs your life isn’t decided in the big moments. It’s decided in the in-between, the moment before you reply to the email, the moment before you say yes to the thing you didn’t want to say yes to, the moment you make eye contact with yourself in the mirror and decide which version of you is going to handle the day.
That’s where Tapped In lives. The rhythm of a few short transmissions a week reaches you in the in-between, which is where the big moments from your workshops, your retreats, your ceremonies actually take root, or quietly slip away by Wednesday.
And because the whole library is yours from day one, the support exists before you need it, not three days later, when you’ve already white-knuckled your way through.
✅ Instant access to the full Tapped In archive, organized so you can find what you need fast.
✅ New episodes delivered every week. Listen in Hello Audio or Spotify, wherever’s easiest for you.
✅ A teacher in your ear with 20+ years in this work, three published books, and a track record of saying the things most people in this space won’t.
✅ Yours, with no card, no trial, no tricks . . . just a whole lotta love
Yes, this used to be paid. I made it free because the more of us living from this rhythm, the better – for them, for me, for the world we’re building.
If you’ve got a business, a family, a vision, a body, a community, and a heart that wants to keep all of it on without burning yourself down to do it.
If you’ve been in the spiritual world long enough to be sick of the floaty version, and you want something grounded that respects your intelligence.
If you hold two things at once, real ambition and real reverence, the want for more and the refusal to sell out your values to get it, and you want a teacher who can hold both with you.
If you’re tired of carrying yourself back to yourself alone, this is for you.
And I’m a spiritual leader and teacher focused on how our connection to our souls, each other, the Divine, and the earth is the solution.
I see, understand, and can tap into the web of the universe – the unseen energetic field through which we (our human souls, our bodies, and everything on the earth) are all connected.
Humans have lost our awareness of that connection and thus, our place in that web.
I believe if we can reconnect with that intelligence, the problems in our individual lives, as well as our problems as a species (politically, globally, and environmentally) can be solved.

A rhythm. A remembering. A return to who you are.
What is Tapped In: Pocket Portal?
A free, ever-growing library of short audio transmissions from Briana Borten, with new ones delivered to you every week. A rhythm of remembering your power, your potential, and your deep connection to the Divine.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Really free. No card, no trial, no auto-bill. You’ll hear about my paid work from time to time, but Tapped In itself is yours.
How do I listen?
In Hello Audio or Spotify, wherever’s easiest for you. New episodes show up automatically once you sign up.
How long are the audios?
5 to 10 minutes, made to fit in the car, the kitchen, the walk, the few minutes before you walk back into your house.
I've done a lot of spiritual work. Is this still for me?
Especially. The library isn’t beginner content, it’s made for women who’ve already done the basics and want something that doesn’t waste their time.
What if I sign up and never listen?
Start with one. Pick a topic that’s already on your mind, search for it in the library, press play. The library is there so you can come to it when you need it, not another feed you have to keep up with.
Is there a community or live element?
No. This is private, on-demand support, not another group chat or Zoom on your calendar.
Can I share this with a friend?
Please. Send them the link.
