Embodied is a program of a different frequency, one that is not solely experienced in the mind. It drops you into a different level of consciousness meant to be experienced in your whole body
It’s an experiential program – so to experience it is to understand it.

Seven Embodied Live Modules

These modules will include transmissions, meditations, ceremony, and movement practices that will support your embodiment.

These embodied movement or ritual practices will be pre-recorded so you can move through them on your own time and repeat them as much as you desire.
Three Live Breathwork Sessions

What are the dates of the live calls?
The dates will be sent to you once you sign up. Always recorded.
Will I have the content forever?
This content is designed to go through live as so much of it is an energetic experience that works best when it’s allowed to fully land in your system now. Therefore you’ll get access to this content for 4 weeks after our last call together.
What happens during an Energy Attunement?
This type of session is deep and also (regular time) fast. We sit together for 15 minutes (though where we go there isn’t time, just a process) and I come into your field and do my magic. We communicate via Voxer and I let you know what comes up and what happened toward resolution.
It’s like chiropractic for your soul – so your life energy can flow through your being and your full potential can be lived.
My clients have referred to it as a soul massage.
