Fall

Fall is where you clear the ground. Trees release everything that isn’t essential and pull their energy home to the roots, and you begin the same way. This season is honest and freeing. You take a clear-eyed look at the stories you’ve been telling about who you are, question the beliefs running on autopilot, and let go of the resentments and judgments you’ve been carrying. By the end of it, you feel lighter and more like yourself than you have in years.

Winter
Descent, stillness, and integration

Winter is the descent. Land lies fallow between seasons so the soil can rest and feed what comes next, and you need that same stillness between growth and harvest. This is where you meet your ego with humor, so it stops running the show, and where you welcome home the parts of yourself you’ve hidden or handed away. You rest in the fertile dark and meet your highest self there. It’s the tender, deep work where real integration happens.

Spring is where your vision takes root. You won’t burst from the soil as a full-grown tree, so this season is about tending the tender shoot and protecting it from what would steal its light. You uncover your purpose, build a vivid and specific vision for your life, and turn old anger and obstacles into fuel. Then you design your Sacred Structure, a weekly rhythm built around what actually matters to you. This is where all your growth becomes visible.

Summer
Opening, grounding, and shining

Summer is where you open. The summer sun holds nothing back, and this is where you practice shining your own light just as fully. You cultivate deep self-trust, learn to live present at the frontier of your experience, and set boundaries that are loving and clear. You move through your days grounded and warm, letting your light reach the people and places around you. Summer is the harvest of everything you’ve grown.

How long is the course, and how much time will I need?
Sacred Expansion runs for 8 weeks. Every other day I’ll share a short video (never more than 15 minutes) along with exercises to complete. Plan on about 30 to 45 minutes a day. We’ll also gather for five live 90-minute calls: one to open each season on September 1, September 15, September 29, and October 13, plus our closing celebration, The End, on October 28. A replay of every call is available in your member portal, so you never miss one.
What happens if I fall behind?
Nothing to worry about. You have lifetime access, so you can catch up whenever you’re ready and move at the pace your life allows. Many people go through it live the first time, then return to the lessons in the seasons that follow.
Will this be offered again in the future?
