Rise retreat is a sacred container held with deep reverence to support you in releasing the layers, patterns, and blockages that get in your way of experiencing your fullest potential moving through you and out into creation, while activating your energy system to be in tune with your highest good, your dreams, your power, and your radiant being.
You’ll be learning to deeply tend your energy field and exploring the collective weaving in a way that gives way to truth, power, and expression.

In this in depth workshop you’ll both receive energy work to open up your system to receiving at a new level and also learn how to work with your own energy system to clear the pathways of abundance regularly. You’ll be held in a sacred container that will fundamentally shift your experience of flow.

During this powerful session you’ll be guided through a series of deepening prompts and activities designed to steer you home to yourself – to your core essence, so you can start to experience yourself fully in your Divine Power and allow yourself to express your potential from that place.

Experience the relaxing sounds of tuned ancient healing instruments that align with different energy centers to bring your body into a state of rest and healing. Sound Healing is an ancient technique that helps move blocked energy, relax your nervous system & promote general well-being.

Owning your Power + Community Weaving experience
As you come all the way into your power and start to anchor yourself in this place, you’ll notice a desire that starts to arrive from there to create, to contribute, and to weave with community. This ceremony will create the opportunity surrender fully into who you are really, while actively engaging you in your unique way in the world.

Cacao ceremony with Ginny
During the ceremony with the sacred medicine of cacao, you’re invited to nurture the heart. With her help, you drop into presence and breathe deeply, you’ll soften and tend, and make room for meeting illusions, fears and truth. You’ll be invited to witness yourself and one another with love. In this space, we all collectively trust the process of opening, like the blossoming of a flower.
This is going to be a sacred festival of depth and energy work with a backdrop of the beautiful Rocky Mountains surrounded by other humans on the path of understanding the truth of their being.
