Man this year has been the Olympics of challenges, and many of us hadn’t been training! Damn. The number one thing I’ve been doing with my clients lately is helping them find more clarity around who they are and what they’re doing with their lives and to navigate the stresses that are pounding down on them in a way that leads to more peace and freedom instead of numbing out or shutting down. And I want that for YOU too! Doesn’t it sound great to not feel overwhelmed, stressed out, and depleted? (if you said no to this – we need to talk ;)) We don’t have to let the stress claim our power and our lives. Expanding to our highest selves is always available to us and there’s never been a better time to do this work and come home to ourselves, and our wholeness.
