Not Medical Advice but I bet You’re Curious

Discovering your Sacred Life

I am not a doctor, nor do I give medical advice, however in this week’s video I share my thoughts on managing the delights and discomforts of being in a menstruating body, and what I believe “normal/not normal” looks like.

I got this request:

“I would love to hear your thoughts on how [to build] our relationship with normal discomforts, specifically hot flashes and other menopause symptoms, acne, angst with puberty, PMS, all the things deemed normal for humans.”

Yes- we talk about PMS and menopause, but no matter what type of human you identify as, there is something for you in this message. Pain and discomfort are things we all feel no matter what is written on your birth certificate. We sometimes accept the “that’s just the way it is,” mentality but the truth is that when we work with someone to help figure out WHY, we can expand ourselves to heal the root issue.

How many of you can relate to this!?

See my thoughts on this topic in this week’s video!

When it comes down to it, if we ignore what’s going on and don’t get to the why underneath the symptoms, we’ll continuously be treating the same symptom instead of solving the core issue.

Get curious, my dear friend.
