Now is asking something from you
Spiritual Awakening
If you’ve been feeling the intensity lately – you’re not alone.
There’s a lot moving.
Globally, yes. But also inside us. In the tender places. In the fierce ones.
And when life feels this charged, it’s so human to want to pull away. To buffer it. To check out. (Bingeing Netflix, scrolling, sleeping late – it’s legit. No shame. We all need breathers.)
But also – you are built for this.
You’re built to feel what’s moving and stay open without breaking.
You’re built to be a channel for resilience, for vision, for beauty – especially when the world feels heavy.
When things get loud and overwhelming, the work isn’t to bulldoze through.
The work is to stay tender. Stay awake.
And to lean into what you want to help birth in this world:
→ More peace.
→ More justice.
→ More abundance.
→ More love.
(For you. For all beings.)
If it feels like too much, here’s a simple process you can practice:
1. Notice the small things.
Find the miracle in the way the trees sway. The way a kid belly-laughs. The way your own heart keeps beating.
If the big things are too overwhelming – start tiny. Let wonder be your entry point.
2. Stay with what you feel.
Without forcing it to change.
Without judging yourself.
Without making it mean anything about your worthiness.
3. Take one micro-action.
One breath.
One prayer.
One kind word.
One boundary.
One moment of remembering that you matter and what you do matters.
Because you do.
You are part of this shift.
And even your smallest moves ripple farther than you know.
I’m right here with you, weaving with you.
With love and fire,
Briana
P.S. If you want to anchor this in even deeper – hit reply and tell me one small thing you’ve noticed lately that feels beautiful, true, or alive.
I’d love to hear.
